Simmer the finely chopped onion on hot butter so that it would appear glazy. Add the minced pork meat, and simmer it halfway. Add salt, pepper, and hot paprika, plus add 2 whole eggs to the still hot meat. Butter a circular-shaped heatproof bowl, and with a tablespoon make 4 pits into the meat, which we fill with 1 raw egg each, and around the eggs as if they were petals of a flower, place thin slices of Gyulai Sausage. Cover the entire thing with foil, and cook it for 20-25 minutes on 180°C in the oven. In the last 5 minutes remove the foil, so that the top of the dish would get a little more cooked. Before serving, we slice the mass of meat in a way that all the sliced would have egg and pieces of sausage on them, as side dish, we serve rice with parsley.
You can add Slices of hot green paprika to the Delicious Dish before cooking, to make the food hotter.
